SOFTBANK CORP. (hereafter "the Company") announces that it has
made the following corrections in its Consolidated Financial Report
for the three-month period ended June 30, 2011 and Consolidated
Financial Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, which
were disclosed on July 28, 2011 and May 9, 2011, respectively.
