Publication of Final Terms 
 
 
Province of British Columbia (the "Province") has agreed to issue HKD 
527,000,000 2.81% Notes due 22 April, 2014, Series BCHKD-1, (the "Notes") issued 
pursuant to its U.S.$6,000,000,000 Euro Debt Issuance Programme (the 
"Programme"). 
 
 
The following document constitutes the final terms dated April 20, 2009 (the 
"Final Terms") relating to the issue of the Notes for the purposes of Article 
5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus 
dated December 19, 2008 relating to the Programme, as supplemented by the 1st 
Supplementary Prospectus dated 25 February, 2009 and the 2nd Supplementary 
Prospectus dated 14 April, 2009 (collectively, the "Prospectus"). Full 
information on the Province and the offer of the Notes is only available on the 
basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus. 
 
 
The Final Terms have been filed with the UK Listing Authority and are available 
for viewing.
