    Amendment to Final Terms

    The following changes have been made to Part A, section 15(iii) of the Series 1 and Series 2 Final Terms dated 1 July 2008 in respect of
the issue of Notes under the KazMunaiGaz Finance Sub B.V. U.S.$3,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Notes Programme to correct a manifest error
to the Fixed Coupon Amounts:

    Series 1

    "USD 83.75 per Calculation Amount" has been amended to read "USD 41.875 per Calculation Amount"

    Series 2

    "USD 91.25 per Calculation Amount" has been amended to read "USD 45.625 per Calculation Amount"
