    Shareholders ("AGM" due around end of Feb, 1998)

This is to inform you that the Record Date will be December 31, 1997 to
determine the shareholders who will receive the annual dividend for the fiscal
year ending December 31, 1997 and be entitled to give instructions for the
exercise of voting rights, if any, at the 1998 Annual General Meeting of
shareholders, subject to the provision of the Deposit Agreement.  The actions
are subject to approval at the AGM and subject to change.
