facility of the Financial Services Authority and at the office of the Company at
10 Cornwall Terrace, Regent's Park, London NW1 4QP.

In addition, Broadgate Financing PLC in this notice gives details of all
information that it has published or made available to the public over the
preceding 12 months in one or more member states of the European Union and in
third countries in compliance with its obligations under community and national
laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issuers of securities
and securities markets.

This information is: (i) the Offering Circular dated 23 February 2005 for the
Securities; (ii) the financial statements for the period to 31 March 2005
referred to above; (iii) regular notifications through a Regulatory Information
Service of the interest rates set on the floating rate Securities; and (iv)
reports to holders of Securities dated 1 April 2005, 1 July 2005, 4 October 2005
and 26 May 2005.
