    Pursuant to Condition 7.4 of the Notes, the Issuer wishes to purchase and cancel SEK 42,000,000 of the above Series 2005-002 Notes on 22
December 2008. The Issuer announces that it has requested the Irish Stock Exchange to remove SEK 42,000,000 from the Notes detailed above
from the Main Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. Please note, SEK 23,100,000 nominal amount of the Notes remain.
