Publication of Amended and Restated Final Terms

Royal Bank of Canada issued GBP300,000,000 1.000 per cent. Senior Notes due September 9, 2026, Series 62788 on September 9, 2021 under Final Terms dated September 7, 2021 which have been amended and restated to correct a manifest error on September 23, 2021 ( the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the Amended and Restated Final Terms dated September 23, 2021 (the "Amended and Restated Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 23, 2021 , as supplemented by the 1(st) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 31, 2021 relating to the Programme ( the "Prospectus"). Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Amended and Restated Final Terms and the Prospectus.
