In connection with the Notes issued by the Issuer on 17 October 2017, certain amendments have been made to the Master Framework Agreement dated 18 December 2014 (as amended and restated on 30 September 2016 and 1 June 2018) with effect from 1 June 2018 in order to effect changes to the definition of Determination Date.

The definition of "Determination Date" has been amended such that it shall mean the fifth Business Day prior to each Distribution Date as opposed to the second Business Day prior to each Transfer Date.

The amendments bring Series 2017-1 in line with recent issuances under the NewDay Group's other master trust funding platform as regards the definition of Determination Date.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this Notice have the meanings given to them in the prospectus dated 10 October 2017 issued in respect of the Notes.
