Confirmation of Redemption of Notes and Cancellation of
Listing
Further to (i) Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited's (the
"Company") announcement dated 5 April 2022 relating to the
redemption of all the outstanding Notes issued under the Company's
GBP3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Redemption")
and (ii) the Company's announcement dated 3 May 2022 relating to
the determination of the Optional Redemption Amount in respect of
the Redemption, the Company hereby announces that the Company fully
redeemed all of the Notes on 6 May 2022 and that the listing of the
Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and
the admission of the Notes to trading on the Regulated Market of
the London Stock Exchange plc has been cancelled with effect from
8.00 a.m. (London time) today.
