JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" notifies that in accordance with the resolution of its Sole Shareholder, JSC "NWF "Samruk-Kazyna" dated June 7, 2011 on approval of annual financial statements of JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" for 2010, procedure of net income distribution, making a decision with respect to payment of ordinary shares dividends and approval of dividend amount per an ordinary share of JSC "NAC "Kazatomprom" the period of dividend payment is defined as period from 10 June to 10 July 2011.
