BOARD COMPOSITION
As previously announced, the
Board is pleased to announce the appointment
of Jane Routledge as an independent non-executive Director of the
Company with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual
General Meeting held today. In addition, with immediate effect,
Mark Florance has been appointed as Senior Independent Director in
place of Krystyna Nowak, who will retire from the Board on or
before the AGM in 2025.
