Loan extension
ABLON Group Limited ("ABLON" or "the Company"), a leading real
estate owner and developer in Central Europe, today announces that
it has agreed on a loan extension in the amount of EUR 37,2 million
with Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank provided an investment loan for three
projects in 2007 for a five year period, which expired on the 25
October 2012 and was prolonged until the restated loan agreement
became effective on the 14 December 2012.
The restated loan has been extended for a period of up to five
years.
