    RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    The Board of Directors are pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier
today were duly passed.

    In addition, following the AGM, the Board of Directors reconfirmed Jonathan Cook's appointment as Group Finance Director. Under the
Company's articles of association, Jonathan vacated his office as a director at the conclusion of the AGM as he was appointed by the Board
prior to the AGM, on 30 April 2008, but after the notice of AGM had been sent to shareholders. Consequently it was not possible to seek his
election at the AGM. He shall hold office only until the next general meeting, at which he will be eligible for election and unless so
elected shall vacate office at the conclusion of such meeting.
