August Equity Trust plc invests #4 million into Rixonway Kitchens Limited





August Equity Trust plc ('AET') has announced that it has invested #4 million,
through August Equity Partners IV ('AEP IV'), in Rollfold Group Limited, the 
holding company for Rixonway Kitchens Limited ('Rixonway'). 
Rixonway, based in Leeds, is a British kitchen manufacturing business with a 
particular focus on the UK social housing market.


This is the eighth investment made by the limited partnership, AEP IV, a limited
partnership managed by August Equity Limited ('AEL'), to which AET has committed 
#50 million.
