Allied Healthcare International Inc. Appoints Stephen Cargill as Commercial 
Director 
 
 
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 12, 2010) - Allied Healthcare International 
Inc. (NASDAQ: AHCI) (AIM: AHI), a leading provider of flexible healthcare 
staffing services in the United Kingdom, announced today that it has appointed 
Stephen Cargill as its Commercial Director, effective January 11, 2010. 
 
 
Mr. Cargill will be responsible for managing Allied's Marketing, Contracts and 
Rates Departments, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer Sandy 
Young. He will also serve on management's acquisition committee. 
 
 
Mr. Cargill's extensive senior level executive expertise includes tenure with 
Hays Plc and Caudwell/Phones4u Groups where he was responsible for commercial, 
financial and operational functions. He has successfully led business change and 
integration programs and managed complex commercial negotiations and 
relationships on behalf of these organizations.
