Update on timing and implementation of Proposals 
 
18 November 2009 
 
Further to the circular to shareholders dated 4 August 2009 and the subsequent 
meetings held on 24 August 2009 at which shareholders in the Company approved 
the Proposals, the deadline for the receipt of completed exchange request forms 
together with supporting documentation for those shareholders wishing to 
receive shares in the Open-Ended Fund passed on 4 November 2009. 
 
The Company received several incomplete applications and, in order to allow 
those shareholders every opportunity to submit valid applications, the 
Administrator has been contacting the relevant shareholders with a view to 
completing the application requirements. 
 
Therefore, as a result of the ongoing dialogue between the Administrator and 
some shareholders regarding the completion of their application requirements, 
it is currently anticipated that the Proposals will be implemented in the week 
commencing 23 November 2009. 
 
A further announcement regarding the implementation of the Proposals will be 
made shortly.
