In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies 
the market of the following: 
 
 
As at 30 November 2009, the Company's issued share capital consists of 
9,989,284 US Dollar Shares of US$ 0.0125 and 9,989,284 Side-Pocket Shares of 
US$ 0.0125 although only the US Dollar Shares carry voting rights. The Company 
holds no shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in 
the Company is 9,989,284. 
 
 
The above figure of 9,989,284 may be used by shareholders as the denominator 
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to 
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under 
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
