Issue of equity 
 
Pursuant to the prospectus issued by the Company dated 25 November 2009 and the 
Articles of Association the Board has allotted 50,890 new Ordinary Shares 
arising from the re-designation of 233,284 Side-Pocket Shares as part of the 
semi-annual re-designation process. 
 
CREST accounts for those shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated 
form will be credited with new Ordinary Shares on 5 March 2010 and certificates 
for those shareholders who hold their shares in certificated form will be 
dispatched in the week commencing 8 March 2010. 
 
The Company has made an application to admit 50,890 Ordinary Shares to the 
official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange. 
 
Following this conversion there are 10,040,174 Ordinary Shares and 9,756,000 
Side-Pocket Shares in Issue.
