Standard Life plc has announced that its subsidiary Standard Life Investments 
(Holdings) Limited ("Standard Life Investments") has concluded the acquisition 
of a majority interest in Aida Capital Limited following approval by the 
Financial Services Authority. 
 
Following the acquisition, Aida Capital and its existing management team will 
continue to manage the Aida Open-Ended Fund Limited and the Aida Closed-Ended 
Fund as well as creating and managing fund of hedge fund products for Standard 
Life Investments and its external clients.
