    Statement re: Press Comment


    The Board of Amberley notes the recent press speculation regarding the financial position of certain companies within the Dawnay, Day
Group. Amberley has a �150,000 loan facility in place from a company within the Dawnay, Day Group. This facility continues to be in place
and Amberley has not been notified of any intention to withdraw the facility. 

    The Board is seeking clarification of the situation from Dawnay, Day Group and will update shareholders shortly.
