TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 903,652,850 with each share carrying the right to one vote. In addition, the Company also has one B Share of GBP1 in issue which carries 577,275,625 voting rights in the Company. There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,480,928,475. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
