                               HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Board of Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd ("Acquisitor Holdings" or "the 
Company") announces that the Company was made aware that on 17 November 2004 
that Scottish Value Trust plc, which is fully managed by SVM Asset Management 
Limited ("SVM"), is interested in 9,148,750 Ordinary shares in the Company, 
representing 18.6% of the issued share capital.

The Company has also been made aware that on 17 November 2004 that Premier 
Enterprise Fund, which is advised by SVM and managed by JO Hambro, is interested 
in 1,562,500 Ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.2% of the issued 
share capital.

*Percentage ownership calculations are based on shares outstanding of 49,079,575
