The Company has been informed that on 25th November 1999, Aberdeen Preferred
Income Trust plc sold 971,000 ordinary 25p shares.  Aberdeen Preferred Income
Trust plc now holds zero shares representing 0.00% of the issued share capital
of that class (previously 6.47%).

The Company was also informed that on 25th November 1999, Leveraged Income
Fund Limited purchased 971,000 ordinary 25p shares.  Leveraged Income Fund
Limited now holds 1,456,000 shares representing 9.71% of the issued share
capital of that class (previously 3.23%).

The total number of ordinary 25p shares managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers
Limited and its associated companies is 1,650,000(representing 11.00% of the
issued share capital of that class).
