Aberdeen High Income Trust Plc now holds 3,000,000 shares representing 4.55% of
the issued share capital of that class (previously 0.00%).
Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited also write to inform you that they recently
acquired 3,000,000 shares of the above company as a result of the recent
placing, on behalf of Aberdeen Preferred Income Trust Plc.
