ASSET MANAGERS LIMITED HAS A NON-BENEFICIAL NOTIFIABLE INTEREST IN 18,973,510 
INCOME SHARES OF 0.1 PENCE COMPRISING 22.32% OF THE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF THIS
CLASS AND 6,969,846 CAPITAL SHARES OF 0.1 PENCE COMPRISING 8.20% OF THE ISSUED 
SHARE CAPITAL OF THIS CLASS. THE RESULTANT TOTAL VOTING SHARES MANAGED BY 
ABERDEEN ASSET MANAGERS LIMITED AND IT'S ASSOCIATED COMPANIES IS 35,890,837 
SHARES REPRESENTING 21.11% OF THE TOTAL VOTING SHARES IN ISSUE.
