Redemption of Deferred Shares

1 June 2012, London: The Company confirms that all Deferred Shares, which arose (as a pre-planned administrative step) as a part of the conversion of the founder shares into ordinary shares, have been purchased (for an aggregate consideration of one penny) by the Company and cancelled. Information relating to such purchase and cancellation was detailed in the Circular to shareholders dated 30 April 2012.

The purchase and cancellation of the Deferred Shares has no impact on the Ordinary Shares in issue.

All defined terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the Circular.
