The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Prospectus dated 23 October 2013 relating to the issue and admission of 15,453,129 New Ordinary Shares (issued to General Electric Company in connection with the acquisition by the Company of General Electric Company's power rental business) to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

A copy of the above prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Application will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 15,453,129 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that dealings will commence on 28 October 2013.
