Change of Company Secretary and registered address

APR Energy plc (the "Company") (LSE: APR), a global leader in fast-track power solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve List, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, as Company Secretary with immediate effect. Steve will continue in his role as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to the Company in addition to his new role as Company Secretary.
