                              Aquabella Group plc (the "Company")


The Board of the Company regrets to announce that having carefully considered
the financial position of the Company it has taken the necessary steps to
appoint administrators to the Company.



Following the announcement on 14 March 2008, the Board has continued to
vigorously explore the options to address its short and medium term financing
requirements.  The Board has been in negotiations with a number of parties and
until very recently, the Board was hopeful that funding would be received.  It
has now become clear that such funding will not be forthcoming and it is with
regret that it is necessary for the Company to file for administration.
