                            ACQUISITOR HOLDINGS LTD.

                        ("Acquisitor" or "the Company")

                                 RESULT OF SGM

The Company announces that at today's special general meeting ("SGM") both 
resolutions were duly passed.

The SGM was convened in connection with proposed acquisition by Baltimore plc of
Acquisitor ("Acquisition") on the basis of 1.89 new ordinary shares in 
Baltimore plc for each Acquisitor share.

At the SGM, a majority of the votes cast voted in favour of the first resolution
to alter the Company's share capital and a majority of three-fourths of those 
voting voted in favour of the second resolution approving the amalgamation 
agreement. Both resolutions were accordingly passed by the required majority.

The votes cast for each resolution were as follows:

Resolution 1 to alter the share capital of the Company:

FOR 100%     AGAINST 0%

Resolution 2 to approve the amalgamation agreement and provide for its 
implementation:

FOR 100%               AGAINST 0%

The proposed acquisition remains conditional, amongst other matters, upon 
shareholder approval at a general meeting of Baltimore plc and on the London 
Stock Exchange agreeing to admit the entire issued and to be issued share 
capital of Baltimore plc to trading on AIM. Admission to AIM is expected to 
occur on 27 February 2006.
