must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 28 July 2008 relating to 
the Programme, and as subsequently supplemented on 3 February 2009, (together 
the "Prospectus"). 
 
 
The Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of 
Directive 2003/71/EC. Full information on the Issuer, Imperial Tobacco Group PLC 
(as guarantor of the Notes) and the offer of the Notes is only available on the 
basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms.
