The Company announces that on 10 June 2013 it was informed of the following purchase of Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange by Altus Strategies Limited, the 100% owner of Altus Capital Limited the Company's Investment Manager, and by Directors and employees of the Investment Manager:
