                              Holdings in Company

The Company was informed on 17 November 2004 that FMR Corp. and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries, are non-beneficially interested in 4,790,600 ordinary
shares in the Company and 249,400 ordinary shares in the Company respectively.
In aggregate the 5,040,000 shares held represent 4.24% of the current issued
share capital of the Company.
