Cancellation of OTCQX listing

The Board of Atlantic Coal, the AIM listed opencast anthracite coal production and processing company with primary activities in Pennsylvania, USA, announces that the listing of American depositary receipts ("ADRs"), which represent the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") on a basis of one ADR per five hundred Ordinary Shares, on the OTCQX International tier of the OTCQX market operated by OTC Markets Group (the "OTCQX Listing") will be cancelled with effect from 1 January 2016.

The Board considers that the expenses associated with the OTCQX Listing outweigh the benefits of this trading facility.
