The Board of Alexon Group plc today announces that Adrian Moulds has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr Moulds served as a Director from November 2008. David Adams, who was appointed a Non-Executive Director in September 2010, has replaced Mr Moulds' position on the Board.

Richard Handover, Chairman said: 'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Adrian for his significant contribution to Alexon over the past few years, for which we are extremely grateful. We wish him all he very best for the future'.
