DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Allianz Dresdner Endowment Policy Trust 2010 plc ("the Company")
announces the forthcoming retirement at the Annual General Meeting to be held on
2nd November 2005 of John Evans as Chairman and Director of the Company.
Richard Wales, an existing Director of the Company, will be appointed Chairman
of the Company as from that date.
