Change of date of Annual General Meeting 
 
 
Cambridge UK, 2 July 2009: Alizyme plc (LSE:AZM) announces re-scheduling of the 
Annual General Meeting. 
 
 
In the 2008 Annual Report and Accounts published on 30 April 2009, it was stated 
that the Annual General Meeting would be held on 24 July 2009. The Annual 
General Meeting has been re-scheduled for 29 July 2009.  A Notice of Meeting
