On 19th August 1998, Eurocamp plc received notification from Barclays PLC,
whose registered office is 54 Lombard Street, London, EC3P 3AH, that Barclays
PLC, through its subsidiary Barclays Bank PLC, no longer has a notifiable
interest in the capital of Eurocamp plc.
