results from interests acquired by Barclays Capital Securities Limited (BCSL)
as a result of financing transactions with a number of different customers. 
These interests are not in respect of shares beneficially owned by BCSL but
arise due to BCSL having the right to call for delivery of the shares (a
Companies Act section 208(5) interest).  Any such call would be offset by
obligations to deliver shares to third parties".
