results from interests acquired by Barclays Capital Securities Limited (BCSL)
as a result of financing transactions with a number of different customers.
These interests are not in respect of shares beneficially owned by BCSL but
arise due to to BCSL having a right to call for delivery of the shares (a
Companies Act section 208(5) interest). Any such call would be offset by
obligations to deliver shares to third parties."
