                           Notification of Interest                           

Feedback PLC ("the Company") yesterday received notification from Phillips &
Drew, as agent of Mars UK Pension Fund, that Mars Security no longer has a
notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been notified today that Barclays PLC, through
its subsidiary Barclays Bank PLC, no longer has a notifiable interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company.
