The  Directors  of the Genesis Malaysia Maju Fund Limited announce  that  the
following  were  the ten largest holdings of the Fund as  at  31st  December,
2005:

3. Wah Seong
4. Telekom Malaysia
5. CIMB
6. Manulife Insurance
7. OYL Industries
8. Resorts World
9. SP Setia
10. Aeon

There  were  no holdings, other than certain holdings included  in  the  list
above, of more than 5% of the portfolio.
