Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 14 January 2015, BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited (the "Company") has today posted a Circular to shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") at which a proposal will be put for the continuation of the Company.

The EGM will be held at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 25 March 2015.

A copy of the Circular, containing the Notice of EGM, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
