BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited: Transaction in own shares

BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 31 March 2015 it purchased 185,000 of its GBP shares of no par value at the following price per share:

The above shares purchased will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase the Company will hold 3,773,924 GBP shares in Treasury and the total number of shares in issue will be 35,280,128 GBP shares (excluding treasury shares).

Accordingly, the issued share capital will consist of 35,280,128 ordinary GBP shares with voting rights. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
