Amendment to Warrant exercise price

Further to the announcement dated 1 April 2011, the Directors of Bidtimes have resolved that the exercise price of the Warrants to be issued to holders of ordinary shares in the Company on the register of members at close of business on 31 March 2011, following the approval of certain resolutions at the General Meeting and the Capital Reorganisation, be reduced from 20p to 18p per New Ordinary Share. All the other terms of the Warrants remain the same.

Definitions used in this announcement are the same as those used in the announcement dated 1 April 2011.
