The Japan Finance Corporation Issues Global Dollar Bond 
 
 
- First Issuance in International Capital Markets- 
 
 
1. The Japan Finance Corporation (JFC; Governor & CEO: 
Shosaku Yasui) issued a fixed rate Global Dollar Bond (the "Bond") 
with Japanese government guarantee. The terms of issuance were 
decided on 17 June 2009. The issue was sold to prime international 
investors.

Amount: $2,500,000,000 US Dollar
