The Board of Directors of BIL International Limited ("BIL") wishes to announce
that Mr Philip Gunn has resigned as Chief Financial Officer.

The Board wishes to extend their appreciation for his contribution to BIL over
the course of the last 5 years. Mr Arun Amarsi, Chief Executive Officer of BIL,

Philip has been an integral part of this journey. We wish him well in his future
