BIL ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


BIL wishes to announce that its Group Chief Executive Officer, Arun Amarsi plans
to retire from office and his last day of service is 31 May 2007.

The Company will make further announcements in relation to future management
plan as appropriate.
