                               CHANGE OF YEAR END

Belgravia Telecom Ltd ("the Company") (LSE: BLG) announced today that the
Company has changed its accounting reference date to 30 June from 31 March.

The Company anticipates publishing its first annual audited accounts for the
period to 30 June 2004 on or by 31 October 2004. The first interim accounts 
will be for the 6 months to 31 December 2004.
