    Result of General Meeting

    Further to the announcement made on 16 May 2008, the directors of Block Shield are pleased to
    announce that all of the resolutions put to the shareholders of Block Shield at the General Meeting of the
    Company held today were duly passed.

    Completion of the acquisition of Mu-Gahat Holdings Inc and admission of the placing and
    consideration shares in Block Shield to trading on AIM is expected to take place on 13 June 2008.
